Thank you ...so wanted to know what I had been opening my eyes to very early - before sunrise, over several mornings, just above the eastern hills and so large & bright. One big, with tiny one close by to top right and other "medium"! size off to the left.Guessed Venus ... had heard of morning star & seen it but never seen this. Which was Jupiter? Saw that thru telescope @ Waikerie when Halley's commet passed near. What a thrill! How long this viewing possible just now?

Jupiter is the next brightest after Venus, off to the left, the reddish one now above Venus is the star Aldebaran. This will be visible for some weeks.
